Yoga is an amazing opportunity to connect with your body and begin the process of listening to what it physical needs. From the standpointIt is a form of moving meditation that provides mind centering and a sense of grounding. Yoga is an excellent way to melt away the stress of your day and take some time out for yourself. There are many different forms of yoga. You and your yoga teacher will determine what practice and level will work best for you and your body. Together, you will be lead through your first yoga experience. From there, you will have the opportunity to take additional classes at Padme yoga studio.
